CPER builds on more than a decade of trusted evaluation and applied research experience, continuing the legacy of Steuck & Associates LLC under a new nonprofit structure.
The Center for Program Evaluation and Research is an independent, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in San Antonio, TX. CPER provides professional and community-based evaluation services.
Our team brings deep expertise in collaborative inquiry, strategic learning, and organizational improvement, helping partners use evidence to strengthen programs and expand their impact.
